We are excited to announce April’s Tenant of the Month – Allie Pearcy!

She is a Sophmore at EIU and is majoring in Environmental Biology. We asked Allie what she likes about living at Unique Properties and she said “I love living with Unique because of the closeness to EIU’s campus while also living in the community of Charleston and having a great connection with the people who work in the Unique Office.”

Allie’s favorite thing about Charleston is the Farmer’s Market on the Square.

She likes to spend her free time with friends or reading.

A fun fact about Allie is her favorite movie of all time is Dirty Dancing!
