Great living experience. Unique Properties buildings are modernized, and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful when there is anything needed. They are considerate when it comes to having pets. They walk you through everything expense wise when signing the lease to ensure of what exactly to expect. Questions are always answered in a timely manner, and concerns are always considered with plans of action. For the most part, neighbors are respectful. Apartments have large spaces for storage. Unique Properties has the option to receive a fully furnished apartment, with the necessary furniture provided. They provide great WiFi for college student's needs. The community surrounding their properties are excellent for everyone. Maintenance continues to work on issues as they arise in a timely manner. Overall, it is a great living experience to rent from their properties.

I have been living with unique for the past two years and just ADORE the staff! Julie and Drew are both so kind and easy to talk to. The maintenance staff is always quick and will work on whatever problem you have until it’s solved. They are easily the best leasing company in Charleston!

I have spent 3 years living in Unique Properties apartments while attending EIU. Each staff member has been so kind, patient, and helpful whenever I have had a question about navigating online payments or needed assistance with the occasional maintenance problem (i.e., those pesky smoke detectors). I am always greeted with a smile when I enter the office and know they genuinely care about my schooling and safety while away from home!

Love living here. Been here for two years. Nice place for a good price. Amazing staff. When we have an issue it gets fixed quickly. Very great place to live.
