September Tenant of the Month – Monique Mays

My name is Monique and I work at Eastern Illinois University as the Dean of Students Support Specialist.

I am a double alumni from EIU, and have a Masters degree in public health.

In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts and hiking at Lake Charleston with my two fur babies.

My favorite restaurant here in Charleston is Siam Thai, they have the best pho in the area!

I love living with Unique Properties due to their affordability and pet friendly policies. Being so far away from home is hard enough, but the friendly property managers and maintenance men make me feel right at home here in Charleston! They always have a bright smile and will give a friendly wave every time our paths cross. They are truly an amazing group of kind hearted people!
