Unique properties has made renting an apartment super simple. It is very easy to pay my rent. They are always available by phone or email which makes any questions I have easy to get answered. Both unique properties apartments I have rented have been amazing and perfect for my time at EIU.

I am a Geology Major student at EIU.

I love Ginger Ales and Siam Thai!

I spent my free time on campus, playing games on my computer, and spending time with my girlfriend and friends.
