Our 3 bedroom 1 bath apartments for rent (buildings 1-6) are spacious, yet energy efficient. We have 72 of these apartment units, and they are the most popular, affordable, economical, and budget friendly option on site.  “Get ready time” is never an issue with mirror, light bar, and sink vanities in 2 of 3 bedrooms.  Each rental unit has its own outdoor patio for outdoor socializing. The apartment’s outdoor patio is accessed through the living room sliding glass door, and continues to be a strong selling point, with larger bedroom floor plans.

However, IF apartment buildings 1-6 are not for you and you require your own private bath… CHECK OUT BUILDING #7! This apartment complex offers more luxury, and is equipped with newer, more modern furnishings such as brushed nickel fixtures, black appliances, ceramic flooring, and granite looking counter tops. This building has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom rentals, each bedroom having its own private bathroom and walk in closet.

ALL of our apartment buildings come FULLY FURNISHED with:

All of our apartment buildings are offered with All-Inclusive Rates.  This means you write one monthly check vs. multiple checks to multiple companies while money shifting between tenants and parents. There are no joint rental leases, which leaves each renter only responsible for his/her own lease. The laundry facility is across the street from the apartments, and is equipped with a FREE pool table, FREE cardio equipment, FREE Wi-Fi, FREE tanning, snack and soda vending, soap vending, and a change machine … all 24/7, under surveillance, for your anytime convenience.  This facility is also where our leasing office is located; open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Surveillance cameras give our rental property a monitored view of the property, and tenant behavior. It keeps our community honest, and provides a safer atmosphere.  We also have a well light, paved walkway that offers a safe path from the apartments to the school.  Plus, Lake Land Police monitor our complex at varying times, night and day.

Lake Land Living Apartments houses all LLC athletics, and even some coaches. Our staff works side by side with LLC staff to ensure the best possible college experience for all!
