Congratulations on your acceptance to Lake Land College!Our Lake Land Living Apartment complex offers student housing that is second to none. This three story, six building complex has 72-units that are 1088 square feet in size. Conveniently located on Laker Avenue adjacent to Lake Land College, we are the ONLY housing within walking distance to the college! Constructed in 1997, these apartments are very energy efficient. Electric, Water and Cable/Internet are included, although trash removal along with parking are included in the rent. 24hr. emergency maintenance is also provided. These 3 Bedroom, fully furnished apartments are well equipped with all of the comforts of home including: Sofa, Loveseat, 2 End Tables, Coffee Table, Kitchen Table & 4 Chairs, Large Pantry in Kitchen, Refrigerator, Stove, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Standard Twin Size Bed & Chest of Drawers for each person. There are Vanities with a sink & mirror in two of the bedrooms and 1-2 good-sized closets in each room. In each bedroom and in the Living room you will find phone & cable/internet jacks. Each apartment also has sliding glass doors and a balcony off each Living Room. Along with the buildings 1-6 we have added a new 36 unit building. These new spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom fully-furnished apartments are a new style of living for Lake Land students. These luxury apartments include private bathroom for every bedroom, walk-in closets, new modern black kitchen appliances and much more. The Laundry mat, located across from the complex, contains several coin operated washer & dryers, pool table and vending machines. Next to the Laundry Mat, tenants can enjoy sand volleyball and an area set up for outdoor grilling! Our office is also located inside the Laundry Mat and is Open on Wednesday’s from 1:00 – 4:00p.m. Our main office is located in Charleston and is open Monday – Friday from 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m. Tenants are welcome to visit or call either location during open office hours. Unique Homes has a Building Assistant at our Lake Land Living Apartments. Our friendly, helpful tenant lives on the property and makes life at the complex a little easier. A tenant can go to their B.A. for anything from noise complaints to questions about their apartment. Walking to Lake Land is easy with a lighted sidewalk connecting the college to our apartment complex. We also provide ample parking for our tenants in our well-lit parking lots. Surveillance cameras are located on the premises as well. |
